If you are interested in trying out Heartfulness Meditation and what it may mean to you in your life, you can book one of our workshops, held on the first Wednesday of each month at 19.30 in the salon’s lounge. The workshop is about one and a half hours and has the following program:
Welcome coffee / tea
Brief introduction to Heartfulness meditation
Guided relaxation exercise followed by approx. 20 min. meditation.
Information on how to continue your meditation.
No experience is required, everyone can learn to meditate. However, you must be 16 years old. It is free to attend the workshop.
